This page has miscellaneous photos that just don't fit the other categories.
The photo on the left has my friend, Pam, lining up a shot of a mineral spring located on the Trail of Shadows, near Longmire. In the late 1800s, settlers tried to establish a spa in this valley of bubbling springs. This is the enclosure that was built around one of the springs. The center photo shows my friends getting ready to shoot different aspects of Christine Falls. The photo on the right shows my friend, Bill, looking at some of the remaining flood damage on the Ohanapecosh River. The photo on the left above has my friend, Pam, setting up a shot involving the small cascade in this stream. The center photo above shows the bridge over Box Canyon. The photo on the right shows some of the magnificent grasses at Reflection Lake. The photo on the left above shows some partially submerged logs (and their reflections). The photo in the center is a rustic piano that normally sits in the lobby of the Paradise Inn. The photo on the right is a birdhouse in Packwood, WA, with petunias and verbena growing over it. The three photos above were taken at Cowboy Coffee in Packwood, WA. It's an espresso shop disguised as a covered wagon with some carved figures around it. The photo on the right is of a potted arrangement sitting on a barrel at the front of the shop. This final photo of the trip shows my mother's wheelbarrow with a tub of flowers (marigolds and chyrsanthemums) waiting to be planted. Her clippers and garden gloves are also in the wheelbarrel, waiting for her.
