Trevi Fountain located in Rome, Italy, is one of the newer fountains in the Eternal City. Designed by Nicola Salvi, it was completed in 1762. The central figure is Neptune, flanked by two Tritons, one struggling with an unruly "seahorse" while the other leads a docile one, representing two contrasting moods of the sea. To get an idea of the scale of this fountain, notice the two office workers in the open window on the right side of the fountain.
