This photo shows the more formal Rose Garden. Government House has two Rose Gardens. This one is laid out in patterns and is mostly pink and white roses, looking very formal. The other one is on the other side of the grounds and has several varieties of roses arranged more closely together and is probably used more for a cutting garden. Government House, Victoria, BC.
