This photo shows the forward mast of the schooner Bluenose II. Both the Bluenose II and its predecessor, the Bluenose, were built in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. The original Bluenose was the last fast fishing schooner of its class built. The Bluenose II is a faithful reproduction of the original.
